Low impact controlled exercises focus on the core to link breath, flow, concentration, strength & flexibility. Our classes are traditional mat based Pilates as Joseph Pilates himself intended it. Pilates should be practised by everyone & is meant to be challenging. It has a plethora of benefits including reducing back problems, restoring core control, improving sports performance, aiding postural related issues & managing long term pain conditions.
