About the event
End your week differently.
Come and get cosy, lie back and allow yourself an hour where absolutely nothing is required of you.
We’ll begin with a few minutes of gentle breathing and relaxation before settling into an immersive sound bath using gong, singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum and other therapeutic sounds and vibrations.
There’s nothing to learn and nothing you need to be “good” at. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes and let the sounds wash over you.
Sound baths can be a beautiful way to slow down, deeply relax and create some space from the noise and busyness of everyday life.
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to someone else if you’re unable to attend.

Come alone, bring a friend, or bring someone who could really do with an hour to just stop. Doors open 7:15pm to settle and start at 7:30pm. Bring a blanket - mats and cushions are provided. Wear cosy comfortable clothes and simply turn up.
